Sometimes life gets crazy. If it does, don’t sweat it.  Just call us within 24 hours to reschedule your appointment. If you can’t call us within 24-hours to cancel, no big deal. After missing your second appointment without notifying us within 24 hours, you may be charged an additional fee.

Financial Information

We’re friendly to budgets, too. Everyone’s got a budget, but money shouldn’t stop you from getting the care you need. That’s why we offer a variety of payment options. From Visa and MasterCard and financing through Numerica Credit Union to our in-office, interest-free financing, we make it possible for you to get the smile of your dreams. It’s important to note that a small down payment will be required at the time of service.

Insurance

Hooray for insurance! If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you’ll pay even less out of pocket. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Of course, insurance policies vary, as well as coverage. We will review your insurance to determine your best course of action. Once treatment has started, we will be happy to file your claims for you. If during the course of treatment your benefits change and treatment is no longer covered, you will be responsible for charges. In such a case, we will work with you to find a financial solution that works best for you.
